I’m a California CCW holder, firearms enthusiast, and everyday carry advocate who’s passionate about continuous learning, responsible training, and sharing what I’m learning with others.

SoCalEDC was created to document my journey, provide honest gear reviews, test products in real-world conditions, and share practical training experiences.

I don’t claim to know everything. I’m always learning from experienced instructors, putting in the range time, and improving my skills. If something works, I’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
